[46] A bhikkhu commits misconduct upon a sleeping bhikkhu: if the one who awakens consents, both are to be expelled (nāsetabbā); if the one who awakens does not consent, the violator (dūsaka) is to be expelled.
A bhikkhu commits misconduct upon a sleeping novice (sāmaṇera): if the one who awakens consents, both are to be expelled; if the one who awakens does not consent, the violator is to be expelled.
A novice commits misconduct upon a sleeping bhikkhu: if the one who awakens consents, both are to be expelled; if the one who awakens does not consent, the violator is to be expelled.
