[490] If, while going, he accomplishes [the errand], and, while returning, he misreports it, there is an offense of grave transgression (thullaccaya). If, while going, he misreports it, and, while returning, he accomplishes it, there is an offense of grave transgression. If, while going, he accomplishes it, and, while returning, he accomplishes it, there is an offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa). If, while going, he misreports it, and, while returning, he misreports it, there is no offense.
