[645] If he acknowledges the going, acknowledges the sitting down, and acknowledges the offense (āpatti), he is to be dealt with according to the offense. If he acknowledges the going, does not acknowledge the sitting down, but acknowledges the offense, he is to be dealt with according to the offense. If he acknowledges the going, acknowledges the sitting down, but does not acknowledge the offense, he is to be dealt with according to the sitting down. If he acknowledges the going, does not acknowledge the sitting down, and does not acknowledge the offense, he is not to be dealt with. If he does not acknowledge the going, but acknowledges the sitting down and acknowledges the offense, he is to be dealt with according to the offense. If he does not acknowledge the going, does not acknowledge the sitting down, but acknowledges the offense, he is to be dealt with according to the offense. If he does not acknowledge the going, acknowledges the sitting down, but does not acknowledge the offense, he is to be dealt with according to the sitting down. If he does not acknowledge the going, does not acknowledge the sitting down, and does not acknowledge the offense, he is not to be dealt with.
