[69] Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, having gone for the day's abiding in the Mahāvana at Vesālī, was lying down. A certain woman, seeing him, sat down upon his member and, having taken as much as she wished, stood nearby laughing. That bhikkhu, having awakened, said to that woman: "Is this your doing?" "Yes, this is my doing." He was remorseful … "Did you know, bhikkhu?" "I did not know, Blessed One." "Bhikkhu, there is no offense (anāpatti) for one who does not know."
Now at that time a certain bhikkhu, having gone for the day's abiding in the Mahāvana at Vesālī, was lying down leaning against a tree. A certain woman, seeing him, sat down upon his member. That bhikkhu got up at once. He was remorseful … "Did you consent, bhikkhu?" "I did not consent, Blessed One." "Bhikkhu, there is no offense for one who does not consent."
