[192] Householder's son, these four friends should be understood as good-hearted (suhada): the helpful friend should be understood as a good-hearted friend; the friend who is the same in happiness and suffering should be understood as a good-hearted friend; the friend who points out what is beneficial should be understood as a good-hearted friend; the sympathetic friend should be understood as a good-hearted friend.
