[313] Six kinds of respect (sagāravā). Here, friends, a bhikkhu dwells with respect and deference toward the Teacher; he dwells with respect and deference toward the Dhamma; he dwells with respect and deference toward the Saṅgha; he dwells with respect and deference toward the training (sikkhā); he dwells with respect and deference toward diligence (appamāda); he dwells with respect and deference toward hospitality (paṭisanthāra).
