[182] "I, Sāriputta, would go on all fours (catukuṇḍika) into those cow-pens from which the cattle had departed and the cowherds had gone away, and there I would eat the dung of the young suckling calves. Sāriputta, as long as my own urine and excrement had not run out, I would eat my very own urine and excrement. Such, Sāriputta, was my practice of eating the great unnatural foods (mahāvikaṭabhojana)."
