Cetokhilasutta

[227] The Blessed One said this: "Bhikkhus, for whatever bhikkhu the five kinds of mental barrenness (cetokhila) have not been abandoned and the five bondages of the mind (cetaso vinibandhā) have not been cut off — that such a one should indeed come to growth, increase, and abundance in this Dhamma and Discipline: this is not possible."
