[544] Bhikkhus, further, a noble disciple reflects thus: 'When I pursue, develop, and cultivate this view, do I gain serenity within myself, do I gain quenching within myself?' He understands thus: 'When I pursue, develop, and cultivate this view, I gain serenity within myself, I gain quenching within myself.' This is the second knowledge (ñāṇa) attained by him that is noble, supramundane, not shared with ordinary people.
