Ajarasāsutta

[161] [The Blessed One replied:] "Virtue (sīla) is good because it does not decay; faith (saddhā), firmly established, is good; wisdom (paññā) is the precious gem of human beings; merit (puñña) is what can be carried away beyond the reach of thieves." The Mitta Sutta, the Third.
