[255] "Those meditators (jhāyino) who train in the Teacher's word (satthipada) spoken by me ["Veṇḍu," said the Blessed One] — heedful at the proper time, they will not come under the sway of Death (maccu)." The Dīghalaṭṭhi Sutta, the third.
