[308] Just as a nekkha of gold from the Jambu River (jambonada), skilfully wrought at the mouth of the furnace by a skilled smith's son, when placed upon a pale-yellow woolen cloth (paṇḍukambala), shines and glows and radiates, even so the assembly of young devas of the young deva (devaputta) Susima … displays [diverse lustrous colours].
