[61] [The Blessed One:]
"A wise person established in virtue (sīla),
developing the mind (citta) and wisdom (paññā),
a bhikkhu ardent (ātāpī) and prudent —
he can disentangle this tangle.
Those in whom lust (rāga) and hatred (dosa)
and ignorance (avijjā) have been expunged,
arahants whose taints (āsava) are destroyed —
for them the tangle is disentangled.
Where name (nāma) and form (rūpa)
cease without remainder,
as well as perception of impingement (paṭighasaññā) and perception of form (rūpasaññā) —
it is here that the tangle is cut."
