[73] (The Blessed One:) "Having abandoned home, gone forth, having abandoned sons and beloved cattle, having abandoned lust (rāga) and hatred (dosa), and having dispelled ignorance (avijjā), the arahants whose taints (āsava) are destroyed — they are the ones in the world who are free of eager striving."
