[82] Then another deity (devatā) spoke this verse in the presence of the Blessed One: [¹ Editorial apparatus note in the Siam Raṭṭha text: "Ma. (Burmese), Yu. (European/PTS) editions read *paññā*."] "One should associate only with the good; with the good one should form intimacy; having understood the true Dhamma (saddhamma) of the good, one shines in the midst of relatives."
