[355] Dwelling at Sāvatthī … There the Blessed One … "Bhikkhus, a thought of sensuality (kāmavitakka) arises with a source (sanidāna), not without a source; a thought of ill will (byāpādavitakka) arises with a source, not without a source; a thought of harming (vihiṃsāvitakka) arises with a source, not without a source."
