[511] Bhikkhus, through the destruction of the taints (āsava), I dwell having realized for myself with direct knowledge (abhiññā), in this very life, the taintless liberation of mind (cetovimutti) and liberation by wisdom (paññāvimutti), having entered upon it. Kassapa too, bhikkhus, through the destruction of the taints, dwells having realized for himself with direct knowledge, in this very life, the taintless liberation of mind and liberation by wisdom, having entered upon it. The ninth.
