Diddhasutta

Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Nidānavaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 16 · Section 552

[552] Whom, bhikkhus, should the dart of speculative view (diṭṭhigata) pierce? Let gain, honour, and fame (lābhasakkārasiloka) come upon a trainee (sekha) who has not yet attained his mind's goal. "Dart," bhikkhus, is a designation for gain, honour, and fame. So dreadful, bhikkhus, is gain, honour, and fame … for the attainment. Thus indeed, bhikkhus, should you train yourselves. The Seventh.
