[642] "Here, friend, as I was descending from Mount Gijjhakūṭa, I saw a lump of flesh moving through the air. Vultures, crows, and hawks, swooping down upon it again and again, pecked and tore at it, while it uttered cries of anguish." "Bhikkhus, that being was a fowler (sākuṇika) in this very Rājagaha."
