[664] "Just so, bhikkhus, few are those beings who are reborn among human beings; far more numerous, indeed, are those beings who are reborn elsewhere than among human beings. Therefore, bhikkhus, you should train thus: 'We shall dwell diligent (appamatta).' Thus indeed, bhikkhus, should you train." The second [sutta].
