[164] And what does he neither build up (ācināti) nor dismantle (apacināti), but stand having dismantled? He neither builds up nor dismantles form (rūpa), but stands having dismantled it. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu's mind (citta) is thus liberated, the devas together with Inda, together with Brahmā, together with Pajāpati, pay homage to him even from afar:
Homage to you, O thoroughbred among men!
Homage to you, O supreme among men!
Of you we do not directly know
even that in dependence on which you meditate.
