[383] Sāvatthī. Sitting to one side, the Venerable Rādha said this to the Blessed One: "Venerable sir, it is said, 'non-self (anattā), non-self.' What now, venerable sir, is non-self?" "Rādha, form is non-self, feeling (vedanā) is non-self, perception is non-self, volitional formations are non-self, consciousness is non-self. Seeing thus … he understands: '… there is no more for this state of being.'"
