[229] "And what, bhikkhus, is the cessation of kamma (kammanirodha)? When one touches liberation (vimutti) through the cessation of bodily kamma (kāyakamma), verbal kamma (vacīkamma), and mental kamma (manokamma) — this, bhikkhus, is called the cessation of kamma."
