[356] "Bhikkhus, 'I am' — this is a perturbation (phandita); 'I am this' — this is a perturbation; 'I shall be' — … 'I shall not be'; 'I shall be possessed of form'; 'I shall be formless'; 'I shall be percipient'; 'I shall be non-percipient'; 'I shall be neither-percipient-nor-non-percipient' — this is a perturbation. Perturbation, bhikkhus, is a disease; perturbation is a tumor; perturbation is a dart. Therefore, bhikkhus, you should train thus: 'We shall dwell with a mind free from perturbation.' Thus indeed, bhikkhus, should you train."
