[512] "What, friend Sāriputta, is difficult to do in this Dhamma and Discipline?"
"Going forth (pabbajjā), friend, is difficult to do in this Dhamma and Discipline."
"But for one who has gone forth, friend, what is difficult to do?"
"For one who has gone forth, friend, finding delight (abhirati) is difficult to do."
"But for one who has found delight, friend, what is difficult to do?"
"For one who has found delight, friend, the practice in accordance with the Dhamma (dhammānudhammapaṭipatti) is difficult to do."
"But how long, friend, would it be before a bhikkhu who is practicing in accordance with the Dhamma might become an arahant?"
"Not long, friend."
The Jambukhādakasaṃyutta is concluded.

Nibbāna and arahantship, the proponent of the Dhamma, for what purpose,
relief, supreme relief, feeling (vedanā), the taints (āsava), ignorance (avijjā),
craving (taṇhā), the floods, clinging, existence, suffering (dukkha), and identity,
and what is difficult to do in this Dhamma and Discipline.
