[103] And what, bhikkhus, is the ascetic life (sāmañña)? It is just this Noble Eightfold Path (ariya aṭṭhaṅgika magga); that is: right view (sammādiṭṭhi) … right concentration (sammāsamādhi). This, bhikkhus, is called the ascetic life.
