[1050] "Venerable sir, once in the past I lived the holy life (brahmacariya) under Kassapa, the Fully Enlightened One. There too they knew me thus: 'the bhikkhu Sahaka, the bhikkhu Sahaka.' Venerable sir, because I had developed and cultivated these same five faculties (indriya), having dispelled sensual desire (kāmacchanda) for sensual pleasures, with the breakup of the body, after death, I was reborn in a good destination, in the Brahmā world. There too they know me thus: 'Brahmā Sahampati, Brahmā Sahampati.'"
