[1053] "For, venerable sir, a bhikkhu whose taints (āsava) are destroyed, seeing the unsurpassed security from bondage (yogakkhema), conducts himself, and continues to conduct himself, showing supreme homage (paramanipaccakāra) toward the Tathāgata or toward the Tathāgata's teaching."
