[1190] And what, bhikkhus, is energy (vīriya) that is constricted internally? Whatever energy, bhikkhus, is accompanied by dullness and drowsiness (thīna-middha), associated with dullness and drowsiness — this, bhikkhus, is called energy that is constricted internally.
