[1199] And what, bhikkhus, is inquiry (vīmaṃsā) that is over-exerted? Whatever inquiry, bhikkhus, is accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), associated with restlessness — this, bhikkhus, is called inquiry that is over-exerted.
