[1336] Therefore, bhikkhus, if a bhikkhu should wish: "May I dwell in equanimity (upekkhā), mindful and clearly comprehending, having avoided both the unrepulsive and the repulsive," then this very concentration (samādhi) by mindfulness of breathing (ānāpānasati) should be carefully attended to.
