[1567] Then the Venerable Ānanda approached the Blessed One; having approached, he paid homage to the Blessed One and sat down to one side. As the Venerable Ānanda sat to one side, the Blessed One said this to him: "Now then, Ānanda, where are you coming from in the middle of the day?" "Venerable sir, the householder Anāthapiṇḍika has been exhorted by the Venerable Sāriputta with such and such an exhortation." "Wise, Ānanda, is Sāriputta; of great wisdom, Ānanda, is Sāriputta, in that he could analyze the four factors of stream-entry (sotāpattiyaṅga) in ten modes."
