[1775] Bhikkhus, so too, few are those beings who abstain from wearing garlands, scents, and unguents, and from adornment and beautification; rather, far more numerous are those beings who do not abstain from wearing garlands, scents, and unguents, and from adornment and beautification.

Living beings, what is not given, sensual misconduct,
false speech, and divisive speech,
