Suttapiṭaka · Saṁyuttanikāya · Mahāvaggasaṁyutta · Vol. 19 · Section 27

[27] Bhikkhus, if wanderers of other sects (aññatitthiyā paribbājakā) should ask you thus: "But is there, friends, a path (magga)? Is there a way of practice (paṭipadā) for the full understanding of this suffering (dukkha)?" — being asked thus, bhikkhus, you should answer those wanderers of other sects thus: "There is indeed, friends, a path; there is a way of practice for the full understanding of this suffering."
