Upavānasutta

[405] "Friend, a bhikkhu, when arousing the equanimity (upekkhā) factor of awakening (bojjhaṅga), understands: 'My mind (citta) is well liberated; dullness and drowsiness (thīna-middha) have been well uprooted in me; restlessness and remorse (uddhacca-kukkucca) have been well dispelled in me; my energy (vīriya) is aroused; I attend earnestly, and not sluggishly.'"
