[727] "How is it then, Sāriputta — as to those who in the past were Arahants, Perfectly Awakened Ones: have all those Blessed Ones been known to you, having encompassed their minds with your own mind, thus: 'Those Blessed Ones were of such virtue,' or thus: 'Those Blessed Ones were of such qualities,' or thus: 'Those Blessed Ones were of such wisdom,' or thus: 'Those Blessed Ones were of such dwelling,' or thus: 'Those Blessed Ones were thus liberated'?" "No indeed, venerable sir."
