[790] "Therefore, householder, you should train yourself thus: 'I will dwell contemplating the body in the body (kāyānupassī), ardent (ātāpī), clearly comprehending (sampajāno), mindful, having removed covetousness and grief regarding the world (abhijjhā-domanassa). In feelings (vedanā) … in the mind (citta) … I will dwell contemplating dhammas in dhammas (dhammānupassī), ardent, clearly comprehending, mindful, having removed covetousness and grief regarding the world.' Thus indeed, householder, should you train yourself."
