[100] There is no offense (anāpatti): if he carries it three yojanas; if he carries it less than three yojanas; if he both carries it three yojanas and carries it back; if, having gone three yojanas with the intention of residing there, he then carries it onward from there; if he carries it after getting back what had been snatched away; if he carries it after getting back what had been relinquished; if he has another carry it; if he carries it made up into an article; if he is insane; if he is the first offender.
