[297] There is no offense (anāpatti): in a place wholly roofed but wholly unenclosed; in a place wholly enclosed but wholly unroofed; in a place mostly unroofed and mostly unenclosed; when the woman (mātugāma) is lying down and the bhikkhu is sitting; when the bhikkhu is lying down and the woman is sitting; or when both are sitting; for one who is insane; and for the first offender (ādikammika).
The Sixth Training Rule is concluded.
