[426] **Agreed upon (sammato)** means: agreed upon by an act consisting of a motion and three proclamations (ñatticatuttha-kamma). **When the sun has set** means: when the sun has gone down. **Bhikkhunīs (bhikkhuniyo)** means: those fully ordained (upasampannā) in both Saṅghas. **Should exhort** means: he exhorts with the eight principles of respect (garudhammā) or with another dhamma — he commits an offense of pācittiya.
