[450] There is no offense: if it is for a bhikkhunī who is his relative; if, setting aside a robe (cīvara), he sews or has sewn another requisite (parikkhāra); if it is for a female probationer (sikkhamānā); if it is for a female novice (sāmaṇerī); if he is insane; if he is the first offender (ādikammika).
