[574] There is no offense (anāpatti): if, standing in the monastery, he sees it; if the fighting comes and is seen at the place where the bhikkhu is standing, sitting, or lying down; if he sees it while going in the opposite direction; if, there being something to be done, he goes and sees it; in emergencies; if he is insane; if he is the first offender (ādikammika). The tenth training rule is finished.
