[588] When it is sport in the water, and he perceives it as sport, there is an offense of pācittiya (āpatti pācittiyassa). When it is sport in the water, and he is in doubt, there is an offense of pācittiya. When it is sport in the water, and he perceives it as not sport, there is an offense of pācittiya.
