[714] There is no offense: for one who goes, thinking, "Having heard [the words] of these (bhikkhus), I shall desist, I shall refrain, I shall calm down, I shall free myself"; for one who is insane; for the first offender. The Eighth Training Rule is finished. _____________ The Ninth Training Rule
