[737] There is no offense: when he has been announced (paṭisaṃvidite); when the king is not a khattiya; when he has not been consecrated by the khattiya consecration; when the king has departed from the sleeping chamber; when the queen has departed from the sleeping chamber; or when both have departed from the sleeping chamber; when it is not in the sleeping chamber; for a bhikkhu who is insane; for the first offender.
The first training rule is finished.
