[762] There is no offense: in the case of a binding-strap (āyoga); with a waist-band (kāyabandhana); in the case of a shoulder-strap (aṃsabaddhaka); of a bowl-bag (pattatthavikā); of a water-strainer (parissāvana); if he makes a pillow; if, having obtained one made by another, he removes (the stuffing) and uses it; for one who is mad; for the first offender.
