[89] A felt rug (santhata) left unfinished by himself, the bhikkhu finishes himself: it is to be forfeited, an offense of pācittiya (nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ). Left unfinished by himself, he has others finish: it is to be forfeited, an offense of pācittiya. Left unfinished by others, he finishes himself: it is to be forfeited, an offense of pācittiya. Left unfinished by others, he has others finish: it is to be forfeited, an offense of pācittiya. Non-offense clause (anāpattivāra)
