[153] Bhikkhus, it is impossible, there is no occasion, that a person accomplished in view (diṭṭhisampanna) could take any conditioned thing (saṅkhāra) as permanent; such a possibility does not exist. But it is indeed possible, bhikkhus, that a worldling (puthujjana) might take some conditioned thing as permanent; such a possibility exists.
