[166] "It is impossible, bhikkhus, it cannot come to pass, that a woman should exercise rulership as Sakka (sakkattaṃ kāreyya) … should exercise rulership as Māra … should exercise rulership as Brahmā — such a possibility does not exist. But it is possible, bhikkhus, that a man should exercise rulership as Sakka … should exercise rulership as Māra … should exercise rulership as Brahmā — such a possibility exists."
