[233] Bhikkhus, there is one dhamma which, when developed and cultivated, leads to the realization of the fruition of stream-entry (sotāpattiphala), leads to the realization of the fruition of once-returning (sakadāgāmiphala), leads to the realization of the fruition of non-returning (anāgāmiphala), and leads to the realization of the fruition of Arahantship (arahattaphala). What is that one dhamma? Mindfulness occupied with the body (kāyagatāsati). This, bhikkhus, is the one dhamma which, when developed and cultivated, leads to the realization of the fruition of stream-entry, leads to the realization of the fruition of once-returning, leads to the realization of the fruition of non-returning, and leads to the realization of the fruition of Arahantship.
